My password is not working?

  • Open up the Orb app. Click log in, on the Log In screen it says, “ Did you forget your password? Recover it” Click on Recover it to reset your password.

Why is it important to check in every day?

  • Orb works best if you check in at least once a day, it is how the app is designed. What you get out of the app is completely dependent on what you put into it. Orb is designed to help you develop a consistent practice of observing, acknowledging and attuning to your feelings. Check-ins only take a few minutes. Try not to make it complicated for yourself. Orb then uses the information that it gathers from your daily check-ins and provides you with valuable insights. The app simply will not work if the user does not check-in, the more you check in, the more impactful Orb will be.

What if I don’t know how I feel when I am doing my check in?

  • First, try not to judge yourself. Learning how to reconnect with our feelings is not always easy. The best place to start is to try to be as honest as possible with yourself when you are rating the scale of your emotional state. This will help you have the right emotion options to select from. When its time to select your feelings don’t overthink it. Look at the options and simply select the ones that jump out to you. There is a reason why those are the ones that stand out to you. Trust your intuition. Be accepting and compassionate toward yourself, no matter what is coming up.

Why does observing and acknowledging my feelings matter?

  • Your feelings are important and meaningful and deserve your attention. Learning to observe and acknowledge your feelings is a vital foundation to all emotional, physical and spiritual healing and growth. Your feelings are the way your mind, body and soul communicate with you about what is right or wrong for you as a unique individual.

What if I can’t find the right word to describe my feeling?

  • There are 3 options. 

    1. Re-evaluate your emotional rating on the scale of 1-10. Were you being completely honest; could you be feeling better or worse then you originally thought? 

    2. Choose “Other” and write in your own feeling.

    3. Select an option that is similar to how you feel, hold down the button, and write in personal details to better describe it.
